I love food, but with diet restrictions and wanting to live a healthy lifestyle it is often more difficult to eat out, or think of meals (specially deserts) to have that are tasty, easy to prepare and good for you (in most cases).

I will be posting mostly healthy recipes that I have created on this page.  All recipes will be artificial sugar (I include natural sugars such as fruit, honey, and maple syrup) and Gluten free.  Although I have gone back to using dairy in my diet, if dairy is something that causes you inflammation or you follow a strict Paleo or Autoimmune Paleo diet, in most recipes you can substitute it out for coconut milk which is a great milk substitute.

I will also use this page to try out things that are gluten free in the market and let you know how I went using the products.

I am always experimenting with new techniques and ideas, if there is something you have been craving but your diet won’t allow you to have it, drop me a line and I will try my best to come up with a healthier alternative.
